Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation of technical and dynamic equipment and static equipment technical solutions for chemical projects, and professional design review of basic design timing drawing equipment;

2. Construction of equipment management system: establish and improve the equipment management system and organize its implementation; including equipment verification, equipment file management, equipment allocation, storage and unsealing, etc .;

3. Formulate standard operating procedure documents for various equipment; meanwhile, organize training for equipment operators to ensure that equipment operation can be governed by rules;

4. Responsible for the technical plan preparation of the equipment, and cooperate with the leaders at the next level to be responsible for the technical exchange of the equipment;

5. Provide the preparation and transfer of technical bids for the implementation of equipment procurement and installation, and be responsible for the correctness and rationality of the bidding documents;

6. Review the construction organization plan submitted by the installation unit, communicate the equipment parameters and requirements with the design institute, and solve the technical difficulties of the equipment in the project implementation;

7. Organize equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance to ensure the smooth progress of equipment procurement;

8. Responsible for the inspection, recording, evaluation and daily management of the company's various equipment operations, arrange personnel to inspect the equipment and do a good job of supervision; ensure the appearance of the equipment is tidy, and ensure that the equipment runs normally without running, dripping, dripping or leaking

9. Responsible for spare parts management;

10. Have good ethics and strictly abide by the performance of company contracts and technical confidentiality agreements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical machinery or mechanical manufacturing, can understand English technical materials, fluent oral English is preferred;

2, master CAD drawing, intermediate title or above is preferred;

3. Experience in dry powder coal gasification, chemical design institute and other industries is preferred;

4. Familiar with dry powder coal gasification and coal chemical equipment. Some design and engineering experience is preferred;

5. Familiar with the working principles of chemical equipment such as reactors, towers, compressors; can organize the maintenance and management of large equipment.
